At AIME 2026, Audio Visual Events® previewed its new Event Visualisation platform in collaboration with The Venues Co, generating strong interest from planners and corporate clients.
Designed to enhance event planning, it enables clients to review different rooms, seating layouts, design styles, and AV configurations in a real venue context, with AVE remaining closely involved to ensure concepts remain deliverable.
Event design can be difficult to picture from plans alone. This platform gives clients a clearer way to realistically visualise creative directions well before being required to commit to production decisions.
Created in consultation with The Venues Co, the platform was developed to support planning across two of their flagship venues, Watersedge and 12-Micron.
We approached this as more than a simple visual concept. It has been developed through extensive custom software engineering to create a practical way to visualise realistic layouts, theming and AV configurations at the Watersedge and 12-Micron venues.
Feedback at AIME 2026 was positive, with visitors noting how quickly & easily different design directions could be explored through the interface. It introduces a more accessible way to experiment with ideas in a real-venue context.
